Chase Beatty

Royal Palm Elementary


Chase Beatty was born in Michigan and grew up in Naples FL. Stand out athlete in golf, basketball, and track. He was named athlete of year in 2008 at Community School of Naples. He is currently finishing his degree in Business at FGCU. Plays a vital role in the K6 sports program including basketball and football. He has been director of Royal Palm academy since 2009.

Shonda Dewberry

Born and raised in Sebring, FL and graduated from Sebring High School. Has lived in Naples since 1996 and started her Child Care Profession. She currently holds CDA, Director Credential, First Aid & CPA trained. Has completed of 40 hour test including registered home day care and countless hours of on-going training. Shonda has one son, age 22 who attended Mt. Union College for one year obtaining a championship ring for football. He currently attends local college continuing his education in sports management.

Andrew Dunko

Andrew Dunko is originally from Morgantown, West Virginia before moving to Naples, Florida. This sports fanatic graduated from Gulf Coast High School in 2008 where he lettered in football, basketball, and track. Andrew has been a part of the Sports CLUB family going on 5 years and has played a big role in the success of our K-6 Flag Football and K-6 Basketball program since its inception. He is currently a student at Edison State College earning a secondary education degree specializing in History. With his degree and childcare experience through Sports CLUB, Andrew aspires to teach and coach at the high school level.

David Figueroa

David is a native of Brooklyn, New York where he was an All-Brooklyn and All-New York City quarterback. He has a tremendous dedication and love for working with children and has a unique ability to mentor his drive for playing sports and games with young children. He has worked for Sports CLUB since 2004 and has a Florida Child Care Director Credential.

Josh Giha

Josh was born in Queens, N.Y., raised in Orlando and graduated from Gulf Coast High School in Naples. He has an associate's degree from Edison State College and is currently pursuing his bachelor's degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. Josh has been employed at Sports CLUB since 2003 and has worked at many of the after school sites. He loves all sports, especially football and basketball both of which he has coach at the youth sport level. In addition Josh is a D.J. in both Naples and Ft. Myers.

Matt Gilbert

Matt is a native of Naples, Florida and a 2005 graduate of Gulf Coast High School where he was a standout varsity basketball player. Matt first worked with Sports CLUB in 2003 as a counselor. He is now a site director and has a Florida Child Care Directors Credential. Matt is a young energetic positive leader who is an outstanding role model for the children at his site.

Dan Graham

Dan was born and raised in Naples. Dan grew up loving to play all sports. He attended Naples high where he excelled in athletics with baseball being his standout sport. He has been working with children for seventeen years and has worked with Sports Club for eight years at the Pelican Marsh and Naples Park locations. He is currently helping out at the Laurel Oak location. Dan is actively involved with our K6 Sports Programs coaching both football and basketball. Dan has both his Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA)and his Childcare Professional Staff Director Credential.

Megan Hall

Megan Hall was born and raised in Dixie, Florida. Mother of 2, she began her sports career in cheerleading and gymnastics. In 1998, Megan won 1st place in the gymnastics Florida Competition at Level 6 and in 1999, made the national cheer squad. During high school, she was a four year varsity starter in volleyball, basketball, and softball. In 2001, Megan was named ''Who's who in sports '' athlete of the year and named most athletic by her fellow classmates. She also served a short time in the U.S Air Force where she was honored by the General for her athletic performances. Megan grew up in a large family so she was always around kids and enjoyed coaching them. Hired on at Sports Club in the summer of 2012 where she is now the site director at Shadow Lawn.

Steven Hall

Steven Hall is a proud husband and father of two beautiful children. Starting at Chiefland High School and ending at Dixie County High School in 2002, he played defensive back and quarterback as a four year starter at varsity level. After graduation, he proceeded to play three years Semi Pro Football with the Levy County Raiders, ending the season as State Champions with a record of 13-0, undefeated and ranked #1 in the state of Florida. As MVP of the Championship game, with 2 interceptions, we are proud to have Steven a part of out K-6 Flag Football program. Steven enjoys working with children on the field and off, equally coaching them skills for success.

Jimmy Lee

Jimmy Lee was born in Arcadia, Florida where he was an All-County Line Backer. He graduated from Desoto County High School 2004. During his high school years, Jimmy Lee was recognized as an All-Star football player. His love of being around and mentoring children is what makes him a great asset to the Sports CLUB team. Jimmy Lee has worked for Sports CLUB for 5 years. Through his employment with our organization, he has been privileged to work under our top directors of various sites, such as Vineyards and Laurel Oak Elementary. Jimmy Lee's continued involvement with Sports CLUB's K-6 Flag Football program and amazing leadership makes him the perfect candidate for the director for Sports CLUB at Estates. We look forward to what he can bring and share to our Sports CLUB families at Estates Elementary School.

Kelly O'Conner

Kelly was a star athlete in High School in the School district of Monroe County. During college she played her Freshman and Sophomore year at Miami Dade College winning the National Championship in 2004. Kelly then transferred to FGCU winning the Atlantic Sun conference title during the 2006 and 2007 volleyball seasons. Kelly has had many years' experience coaching and directing summer camps since 2004. Her many years of experience make her a great asset to the Sports CLUB program.

Leo Rowe

Leo was born and raised in Ft. Myers and graduated from Estero High School. He had an outstanding athletic career at Estero as a basketball player and as a football player on the 1998 State Championship Team. He worked for many years at a director at the Boys and Girls Club of Ft. Myers. He was recognized as a coach of the year from 2005-2008 and for having the best sports/fitness program in the State of Florida from 2007-2009. Additionally, his youth /teen sports fitness program won a record eleven national titles. He also serves as a personal trainer for many elite athletes in Southwest Florida. Leo has a passion for working with youths of all ages and excels at instilling confidence and skill in all children he works with.

Allyson Schmidt

Allyson Schmidt was born in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Naples, Florida in 1994. She is a graduated of Barron Collier High School where she competed on the girls' basketball and volleyball teams. Allyson was also a member of AAU's Naples Girls Basketball Foundation from 8th grade up until graduation from high school. She attended Florida Gulf Coast University where she received a Bachelor's of Science in Biology/Chemistry and was active on campus research. Throughout college, Allyson was an employee of Sports CLUB working under the leadership of the company's most experienced directors. Allyson also is talented in arts and does many outstanding projects with children. In addition, she assists Sports CLUB in their marketing development.

Alex Slack

Alex Slack was born and raised in Naples, FL where she attended the Community School of Naples grades K-8th. She competed at the varsity level in cross country and track all four years during high school at Barron Collier High School. After graduation, she moved out to California to attend Pepperdine University, but decided to move back to Florida to pursue a degree in Psychology at the University of Miami. Alex has been involved with Sports CLUB since its opening in 1999 as a summer camper. She gradually worked her way up from a camper to a counselor. Working at a total of 5 different sites across the county under our most experienced directors, Alex has found a home as Community School's director. She is excited to be back at Community School of Naples.

Graham Wilczewski

Graham was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. A sports fanatic, Graham earned multiple letters as a high school athlete in football, basketball, and track and played on a nationally ranked football team. He has a Bachelor's degree from Albion College where he played football for two years. He has been working in the child care industry for the past 15 years and has extensive experience hiring and managing child care staff in both small and large facilities. He has been employed by Sports CLUB since 2004 and has been the Site Director at Pelican Marsh since 2007. Graham has both a Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA) and a Child Care Professional Staff Director Credential.
